He had been off the screen these days, giving occasional appearance at events and shows. For, Tusshar Kapoor had been all the while working out seriously for his next film. And we tell you, the actor is out to surprise one and all with this one .
ÂShorÂ, directed by Raj and DK Nimodru, brings forth a totally new Tusshar, we heard. In the film he said to be playing a bootlegger and for this he wears a closely cropped haircut and stubble.
The actor had been a game for the makeover and said to have been excited to get into the character skin. Talking about his role, Tusshar said, ÂMy character requires me to look very down to earth and I loved the role the moment Raj and DK told me about it. The film is edgy and fast-paced so I was very impatient to dig my teeth into the role! I was game to experiment and was in fact ready to chop off my hair too.Â
Meanwhile the directors were very impressed with TussharÂs dedication. Calling him a versatile and talented actor, they stated that he is extremely sincere towards his work and has done full justice to his role. ÂWe wanted a distinctive look that would be a departure from what he has done so far, they concluded.
Recently the team had shot a stunt scene involving Tusshar and Nikhil Dwivedi. The stunts which had been very hardcore and realistic were taken on a local train.
